Release 2 - Extremely Limited
Our first public release, this liquid gold was bottled at 105 proof (52.5% ABV), our signature proof. A blend of three different Dominion barrels developing unique flavor profiles. One being a seven year American Single Malt Whiskey that was originally aged in a French oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrel and then moved to a re-coopered, re-toasted American oak barrel.
- Nose: Honey, Earl Grey Tea
- Taste: Honeycomb, Leather, Pipe Tobacco,
- Finish: Brown Sugar, Apple Crisp
