A blend of four different Dominion barrels including a seven year American Single Malt Whiskey that was originally aged in a French oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrel and then moved to a re-coopered, re-toasted American oak barrel. Bottled at 105 proof (52.5% ABV), our signature proof.


Nose : Pipe Tobacco, Cotton Candy 

Taste: Sticky Toffee Pudding and Tobacco Spice 

Finish: Bright Hay quickly fades into Honeycomb
